Shipping & Delivery
RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION:
- We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging.
- If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email contact@lessiscollective.com.au with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.
- If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.
- For any reason the item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a refund.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours.
For shipping within Australia, all orders are shipped via Australia Post, standard or express with tracking. Postage will be calculated during the checkout process. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. For metro areas, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive from date of shipment. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for regional areas.
Please note: Lessis Collective is not liable for lost parcels or shipping delays. All Australian parcels are sent with reputable shipping couriers, if you have inquiries on a missing parcel, or your parcel has been delayed, please contact Australia Post and provide them with your tracking number.
